Appointments

Although we do offer same-day appointments when available, we encourage you to make your appointment as far in advance as possible. Our friendly staff will be happy to answer any questions you have regarding scheduling and payment arrangements. 

**If you cancel your appointment same-day or less than 24 hours in advance, or no show your appointment a $50 fee will be incurred.

Once you register you can:

• View details about your upcoming appointments with our practice
• Exchange secure messages with our staff
• Update your contact and insurance information
• Read and print important forms
• Access your most recent lab results and health data
