About Us

Founder Dale Ann received her BSN from Arizona State University and began her career in maternal and child health, working as a labor and delivery nurse, childbirth educator, and clinical nursing professor. She later earned her certificate as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner from Harbor/UCLA and her Master of Science in Nursing from California State University, Long Beach. She is board certified in Women’s Health.

With more than 30 years of experience caring for women throughout every stage of life, Dale Ann provides comprehensive women’s health care with a personalized and thoughtful approach. She has a particular passion for menopausal hormone therapy and helping women navigate the physical and emotional changes of perimenopause and menopause with individualized, evidence-based care.

Dale Ann is a third-generation native Arizonan is married to Tim and has three grown children. Outside of medicine, she is an avid seamstress with a love of couture sewing and has designed and created many custom wedding gowns and ball gowns over the years.

 Mary has specialized in women’s health care since graduation as an RN in 1984. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and then returned for her Master’s in Women’s Health in 1998. In 1986 Mary began a long career with Banner University Medical Center Phoenix (formerly known as Banner Good Samaritan) in the labor and delivery department. She soon became an OB Flight Nurse with Air Evac, treating and transporting high-risk pregnant women. Mary received her OB/GYN certification in ultrasound in 2004. She has a special interest in ultrasound and fertility care. 

Zoe knew from a young age that she was meant to work in healthcare. She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in 2015 and began her nursing career in Arizona.

Zoe’s nursing experience is well rounded with travel nurse experiences, intensive care experience, and psychiatric experience. Zoe chose to pursue a career in women's health because she is eager to be a source of encouragement for women and their families, and an educational resource for women to utilize as they navigate different stages of their lives.

Zoe recently graduated from Georgetown University with her Masters of Nursing and is a board-certified women's health nurse practitioner.

Originally from Southern California, Zoe and her family recently moved to Arizona from Colorado to be closer to family.  She has a son named Everett, and three dogs. Outside of work, you can find Zoe hiking, camping, and spending time outdoors with her family.
