Founder Dale Ann received her BSN from ASU and worked in maternal/child health as a labor and delivery nurse, childbirth educator and clinical nursing professor. She obtained her certificate as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner at Harbor/UCLA and her Masters in Nursing from California State University at Long Beach. She is also Board C
Founder Dale Ann received her BSN from ASU and worked in maternal/child health as a labor and delivery nurse, childbirth educator and clinical nursing professor. She obtained her certificate as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner at Harbor/UCLA and her Masters in Nursing from California State University at Long Beach. She is also Board Certified in Women’s Health.
With more than 10 years of experience, Dale Ann offers comprehensive women’s health care with a personalized touch in her office in Old Town Scottsdale.
She is a third generation native Arizonan and has three grown children.

Mary Frazee, RNC WHNP Mary has specialized in women’s health care since graduation as an RN in 1984. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and then returned for her Master’s in Women’s Health in 1998. In 1986 Mary began a long career with Banner University Medical Center Phoenix (formerly known as Banner Good Sam
Mary Frazee, RNC WHNP Mary has specialized in women’s health care since graduation as an RN in 1984. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and then returned for her Master’s in Women’s Health in 1998. In 1986 Mary began a long career with Banner University Medical Center Phoenix (formerly known as Banner Good Samaritan) in the labor and delivery department. She soon became an OB Flight Nurse with Air Evac, treating and transporting high-risk pregnant women. Mary received her OB/GYN certification in ultrasound in 2004. She has a special interest in ultrasound and fertility care.

Our front office manager is an University of Arizona alumni and a native Arizonan who joined our practice in 2014. Katy will greet you at the front desk and help you schedule your appointments. She can also address general billing and insurance questions. Her and her husband welcomed their daughter Emma, on 2/22/22.

Sharon has been at the practice since its inception in 2008. An ASU alumni, her tasks include medical assisting, and helping at the front desk. She is an integral part of the management and helps assure the office runs smoothly.
Sharon is an avid reader and runner.

Tim is an ASU alumni with more than 20 years of business management experience. He is a certified medical practice executive and a member of MGMA. He is a former semi-pro tennis player and is married with three grown children.
